Energy Bliss Balls by monthly subscription, delivered direct to your door by Royal Mail.
Energy Balls are healthy snacks made with a base recipe of dates and nuts with added nutritional benefits and flavours, usually from seeds, superfoods, dried fruits or vegetables. They are full of nutrients, high in protein, with healthy carbs, fats, and fibre. They release energy slowly, so they are great to eat pre-workout or to sustain your energy throughout physical exercise or as a post workout boost. Energy balls are free from any artificial additives or sweeteners and are completely raw, meaning that the nutrients and enzymes in the ingredients remain intact, providing your body with a more natural source of energy and helping you feel fuller for longer.
Each month you will get the chance to mix and match the flavours you love and quantities for your own bespoke Bliss Ball Plan. The Bliss Balls will arrive, boxed, in quantities of 12 per box. So, if you order 48 per month, you will receive a parcel with 4 boxes of 12 Bliss Balls.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
Bliss Balls can also be frozen, if required.
Each bliss ball weighs approximately 25g and is approximately 3cm in diameter.

I aim for you to receive your purchase in perfect condition and every order is packed by hand and with care. For environmental concern, I use plastic free packaging and use cardboard separators and a foam cushion within the chocolate boxes. Once they are in the post however it is out my control, so unfortunately I cannot guarantee their safety. However please do contact me within 7 days if there is delivery damage as I may be able to claim from Royal Mail, in which case I send a replacement.
I am not able to offer international delivery at this time, postage is only to UK addresses.
Please note that 48Hr Royal Mail postage does not give you tracking information until they have attempted delivery, if you need to check when it was sent off to you, please drop me a message.
